The key technology in the project of "Industrilization of High-adhension Lactobacillus Fermentum" is to isolate one strain of lactobacillus fermentum with high adhension. This technology can solve problems in the probiotic, security and colorization of the strain; optimize and improve the fermentation medium by high-density submerged formentation; reduce the cost of manufacture and improve customer satisfaction. Feeding experiment indicated the increase of ADG, ADFI and FC by 16, 10.5 and 5.2% respectively.
The technical breakthrough in this project can improve the production level of feed lactobacillus products in China, promote the development of biological feed additive industry and play an improtant role in solving PMWS problems thus leading to healthy and sustainable development of swine production and the whole animal husbandry.
